Sergei Alekseevich Prikazchikov was born in 1960 in Astrakhan, he began his studies of Russian painting at an early age and in 1980 he graduated from the PA Vlasov Astrakhan Art School. He became a member of the Russian Artists' Union in 1985. Sergei was a participant of provincial, regional, republican all-Union and International exhibitions from 1982. Sergei A. Prkiazchikov works in the generes of landscape, still life, portrait and realistic figurative painting.

Main exhibitions include: The participation in provincial exhibitions from 1982.
The regional exhibitions, "The Great Volga" exhibition in 1985, The Kazan 1992, Nizhi Novgorod, 1998, Volgograd 2000, "Peace to Caucasia", Krasnodar 2003, "The 60TH Anniversary of the Victory In The Great Patriotic War", Volgograd, 2005. The group exhibition of the artists of Astrakhan, Stavropol, Elista and Moscow: "Reflection" Elista, 1992. the Central House of Artists, 1994, Personal Exhibition, Astrakhan, 2003.

Sergei Alekseevich Prikazchikov works are in museum collections in Russia, and many other European museums and collections in the USA.
